Size Change
The form tooling is unclamped, slid into the correct position and retightened. No special tools are required. No spacers are changed. Infinite sizes (within the machine design parameters) are possible. For standard Purlins, simple setting gauges are provided for even quicker changes.

Quick C to Z Change
The form tooling is simply unclamped (two bolts), rotated through 180 deg, and re-tightened. No tooling or spacers are removed or changed. Quick. Easy. Simple.

Easy Gauge Change
All form tooling is gauged via eccentric against calibrated scale. Simply loosen clamp, rotate until the indicator matches the gauge to be run, and re-tighten.

Drive tooling has lurethane adjustment for gauge variation and would normally not be required to be adjusted except for large differences in gauge. Adjustments are via conventional Roliformer pedestals, against graduated vernier scale.
