Hayes U.S. Sales & Service Team
The Hayes U.S. Sales and Service team continues to change in order to meet the increased demands of a growing U.S. market. Matt Werner and Sean Wiebe, Sales and Applications, will assist customers with their current and future Hayes machinery requirements. Jake Britt, Hayes U.S. Service Technician, will be responsible for the set-up and tryout of new Hayes equipment and for service calls to customers' facilities. Tim Voth is the Hayes U.S. Customer Service Representative and will handle all incoming Hayes service calls. All of these gentlemen are located at The Bradbury Co., Inc. facility in Moundridge, Kansas.

Looyen Customer
Service Manager (pictured
below) |
Nick
has been with Hayes since 1990, in the machine
shop (five years), in tool and die (three years)
and then in the assembly bay. Nick also travels
to Asia and the Pacific installing machinery.
Originally Nick worked as a fitter and turner
in the sawmilling industry, followed by three
years with an engineering company in Australia.
As
Customer Service Manager, Nick deals with
warranty issues, spare parts, helps customers
experiencing problems, and still travels for installations.

Reliability
is the key for our Hayes product and we have a
good name for back-up service.

Williams Electrical
& Installation Engineer (pictured

Peter
Williams is the Electrical and Installation
Engineer for Hayes, handling the design for the
controls of the rollmaking equipment, and handling
on-site installation. Aged 54, Peter has been
with Hayes for 25 years, after starting as company
electrician. Prior to joining Hayes, he worked
at Kinleith in New Zealand and in Australia, with
mining companies. |

Crawford Service
Engineer (pictured

Jaimie
Crawford is due to return to Australia
late in September to work as a service engineer.
Jamie joined Hayes as a fitter and turner and
worked in Australia for two years, before experience
in the Rotorua operation. His new job back in
Australia will see him handling machinery installations
and warranty service. His varied experience in
the engineering field means he's well equipped
for the rollforming industry, and Jaimie enjoys
the challenge the job offers. |

Drew
Milne forms part of the service team and handles
the Australian operations from the workshop at
Burleigh Heads on the Gold Coast.
Originally
trained as a fitter and machinist, Drew has eight
years in the rollforming industry. |

Lenord is a service technician with Hayes
in Australia. His job involves building machinery,
installing it and helping with customer service.
With 25 years' experience in the rollforming industry,
Brian joined Hayes one year ago. Prior to that
he worked as a subcontractor for Hayes, on his
own account. |
Having
worked for manufacturing companies, I understand
their requirements really well, and appreciate
how they want a quick turnaround. |
